Terms of Service
Brainlitt is a digital media AI automation agency based in Lahore, Pakistan. We provide automated marketing services to businesses — paid social advertising, content creation, WhatsApp business automation and operational reporting — plus the AI Receptionist for WhatsApp, a self-serve product at app.brainlitt.com. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services are described on this website and in your selected plan. Specific scope, deliverables and pricing are defined by the plan you subscribe to, or in a written agreement for custom engagements. All services are digital and delivered electronically as described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Services include: paid advertising management on Meta (Facebook and Instagram); content creation (images, videos, reels) published to Facebook and Instagram; WhatsApp business automation and customer messaging; the AI Receptionist; and operational reporting.
Services we describe as “coming soon” — including TikTok and LinkedIn publishing and Google Ads management — are not part of any current plan and are not promised under these Terms. We will only bill for a service once it is live and listed in your plan.
Deliverables are submitted for your approval on WhatsApp. Your approval — a reply or one-tap confirmation — constitutes acceptance of that deliverable. Approval records are retained together with delivery logs and form part of the service record used in refund claims and disputes.
Provide accurate information about your business and goals. Grant us the access we need to your Meta Business, Google and other platform accounts. Approve deliverables in a timely manner. Pay fees on time. Use delivered work only for the purposes agreed. And comply with applicable laws and the policies of the third-party platforms we operate on your behalf.
Fees are stated in Pakistani Rupees unless agreed otherwise and are billed monthly in advance.
Every plan begins with 5 days free. No payment card is required to start, and we do not collect or store card details at signup. Nothing is charged automatically — ever. After day 5 we send an invoice on WhatsApp, and service continues once it is settled. If the first 5 days don't convince you, tell us before day 5 and there is nothing to pay. We may pause services on accounts with outstanding balances after reasonable notice.
Content we create for you (ads, posts, creative) becomes your property once delivered and paid for. Our tools, workflows, automation systems and methodologies remain our intellectual property — you receive a service from these tools, not the tools themselves. This website and its content may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.
We treat your business information, performance data and engagement details as confidential, and never share specifics with other clients or third parties without your consent. Case studies are anonymised by default; your name is used only with explicit written permission.
Marketing involves platforms and market conditions we don't control. We cannot guarantee specific results (lead volume, conversion rates, ROI); past performance doesn't guarantee future performance. Third-party platforms may change policies or algorithms in ways that affect delivery, and our services depend on access to your accounts. We commit to the deliverables, cadence and safeguards of your plan — never to specific sales outcomes — and we are not liable for losses caused by platform actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
All plans are month-to-month; either party may end the engagement as described in the Cancellation Policy. We don't enforce long-term contracts. On termination we provide reasonable handover of active accounts and creative assets, subject to settlement of outstanding fees. Fraudulent refund or chargeback claims (see the Dispute Policy) may result in immediate termination.
The Privacy, Refund, Shipping & Delivery, Cancellation and Dispute policies are incorporated into these Terms and accepted together at signup. We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date changes when we do, and significant changes are communicated to active clients by email or WhatsApp before taking effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
