Pricing

Three ways to work together.

Each tier is a different scope of automation ownership — how many engines we run, how many channels we monitor, how many decisions per week the system makes on your behalf. Not a feature checklist. Not a discount ladder.

Tier ka faisla aap ka. Scope ka faisla mil ke karenge.

Most agencies price by feature — count the deliverables, multiply by a margin, present it as a tier list. The cheaper tiers "don't include" things the expensive ones do, and everyone pretends that's how value works. We don't do that. Each tier here corresponds to a different volume of operational ownership: the cheaper tiers run a focused slice of your marketing well, the more expensive tiers run the whole operation.

Aap ka business jitna grow karega, hum utna own kareinge — that's literally the whole pricing logic. Nothing's locked behind a tier. The starter tier is genuinely sufficient for some businesses; we don't push them up if it's not the right fit. The scale tier exists for the operations that actually warrant it.

— The three tiers

Starter, Growth, Scale. Each one runs a different volume of your operation.

STARTER

For owners just starting with paid social, with one product line or service.

Starting at PKR 19,000/month

  • One acquisition engine — Meta ads or WhatsApp lead handling
  • Up to four active campaigns at a time
  • Daily performance digest, sent every morning
  • Bi-weekly creative refresh on schedule
  • Operator-led approval on every published asset
  • PKR 50,000 monthly ad spend ceiling

MOST COMMON

GROWTH

For businesses past first traction, scaling what already works.

Starting at PKR 45,000/month

  • Two acquisition engines plus full conversion automation
  • Up to twelve active campaigns
  • Daily digest plus weekly Sunday strategy memo
  • Weekly creative refresh, plus reactive on dips
  • Same approval discipline as Starter
  • PKR 200,000 monthly ad spend ceiling

SCALE

For multi-channel, multi-product, or multi-region operations.

Starting at PKR 95,000/month

  • All four engines — Marketing, Sales, Operations, Support
  • Unlimited active campaigns
  • Daily digest, weekly memo, monthly editorial review
  • Bi-weekly scheduled refresh and reactive creative on results
  • Multi-account / multi-region orchestration
  • Ad spend invoiced separately, no ceiling

The middle tier is what most engagements settle into. The other two exist because not every business is a middle.

— Questions we get

The four that come up most.

01 / SCOPE

What's not included?

Websites, brand strategy as a standalone deliverable, ad spend itself (you pay Meta and Google directly, or we invoice it separately at Scale), photography, and third-party tool licenses like Looker or Canva Pro. Hum jo nahi karte, woh saaf bata dete hain — taa ke expectations clear rahein.

02 / FLEX

Can I switch tiers?

Yes, on any monthly cycle, with two weeks' notice. Most engagements move up over time as the operation expands. We've never had a client move down — when that conversation comes up, it's usually a sign that the engagement isn't the right fit, and we'd rather end honestly than shrink.

03 / COMMITMENT

What's the minimum commitment?

One month. After that, month-to-month. We don't sell annual contracts because we don't believe lock-in is how serious work gets done. If we're not earning the next month, you should be able to leave. Iss industry mein contracts ka kaam zyada tar nikalne ko rok-na hota hai — woh hum nahi karte.

04 / PROJECTS

Do you do project-based work?

Rarely, and only when the scope is genuinely time-bound — a launch campaign, a one-off rebrand rollout. Most of what we do is operational — running over time, watched every two hours, reported on weekly. If you have a one-off campaign you need built and walked away from, we can recommend people who do that well. We're not those people.

— Where this goes

The right tier is the one that fits the operation.

We'll figure that out together — usually in one short call, sometimes in two. Tell us what your business is doing now, and what you'd want this system to handle. We'll tell you which tier is the right starting point. Agar koi tier fit nahi karta, woh bhi theek hai. We'd rather not start than start wrong.
