brainlitt is a marketing operations studio based in Lahore, Pakistan. We provide automated marketing services for businesses across multiple sectors, including paid social advertising, WhatsApp business automation, content creation, and operational reporting.
Information we collect
We collect information in two contexts: when you contact us through our website, and when you use our services as a client.
- Contact information when you submit our intake form on /start — name, email, business name, phone number, and details of what you want help with.
- WhatsApp messages you send to our business number when you enquire about our services or, as a client, when you coordinate with us.
- Service delivery information for our clients — including access tokens to your Meta Business accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business), Google accounts, and any other platforms you've authorised us to manage on your behalf.
- Performance data from your ad accounts, social pages, and business messaging — which we read solely to deliver the reporting and optimisation services you've engaged us for.
- Anonymous website analytics if and when we add them — for understanding which pages are visited and improving the site.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries you've submitted through our website.
- To deliver the marketing services our clients have engaged us for, including managing ad campaigns, content creation, and operational reporting.
- To communicate with you about your account, services, or enquiries.
- To improve our internal operations and the quality of our service.
We never use your information for purposes other than these. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, under any circumstances.
Who we share with
We share information only with the platforms required to deliver our services, and only the minimum necessary to do so.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business) — to deliver advertising and messaging services on behalf of our clients. Subject to Meta's own privacy policies.
- Google services (Google Drive, Google Sheets) — for content storage and operations data, used internally to deliver services. Subject to Google's privacy policies.
- Anthropic Claude — for AI-assisted analysis of campaign performance and content generation. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policies.
- n8n workflow automation — an internal tool we use to coordinate work across the above platforms. No third-party access.
We do not share your information with any other parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Retention
We keep contact form submissions and enquiry records for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted from our active systems. For active clients, we retain operational records for the duration of our engagement plus 12 months afterwards for audit and continuity purposes. You can request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
