Cancellation Policy

The Free plan carries no charge. There is nothing to cancel — stop using it whenever you like, and nothing is owed.

A paid plan is billed a month at a time. You may end it whenever you like — by written notice on WhatsApp (+92 326 766 5452), by email to support@brainlitt.com, or from your dashboard where available. It then stops renewing at the end of the month you have already paid for.

Work scheduled for the month you have paid for is completed as normal. We do not charge again once you have asked us to stop, and no partial-month refunds are owed for the remainder of a started month — see the Refund Policy for non-delivery cases.

We stop publishing, hand back access to your connected accounts, deliver any final reports, and disconnect our systems from your assets. Your accounts, pages and customer data remain yours throughout — there is nothing to “release.”

Downgrades follow the same timing as cancellation (effective next cycle); upgrades apply immediately.
